Stop Paying Premiums. Start Making Contributions.

It’s 7 p.m., and you’re signing another $80,000 check to an insurer you’ll never meet, knowing that money will disappear into their balance sheet.

Most physicians treat insurance like a utility bill.

Medmal comes due. You pay it. Property and casualty. Cyber. Work comp. Errors and omissions. You write the checks, file them under “cost of doing business,” and move on.

You’ve been doing it for years. Maybe decades.

And every single dollar you’ve paid has built exactly zero equity.

That money is gone. It went to a carrier’s balance sheet, not yours. It funded their reserves, their executives, their shareholders. You got a policy in return. When the year ended, you started over. Wrote another check. Built nothing.

This is how most independent practices operate. And it’s why most independent practices are jobs, not enterprises.
